The project used conventional wood construction techniques, widely considered to be the most environmentally sustainable method. Built without natural gas lines and with extremely energy efficient materials and appliances, these buildings will be net reduction in CO2 over their lifetime.

A rental community of 10 residences across two semi-detached fourplexes and two laneway houses.
Designed by the award-winning architect, Cheryl Atkinson, and the bespoke urban planning of Sean Galbraith. Set beside public tennis courts, Norwood Park and Norwood Dog Park, the location is incredibly well-connected, with a streetcar right at its front door, making commuting a breeze. Just minutes from the bustling intersection of Gerrard and Main, residents enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and community services. For those who prefer an active lifestyle, the area is perfect for walking and biking, with bike lanes and pedestrian-friendly streets that encourage exploration.
